Got a suit and it wasn’t quite what I was looking for but the company swiftly refunded the money and sent a free return label..

Outstanding!!

My Son purchased 7 suits for my his wedding which was last weekend. They were purchased a few months ago and when my husband tried his, it was a little too big as he had lost weight. I spoke with Simon and he exchanged it for the smaller size, no problem whatsoever. He was so helpful and went above and beyond his call of duty. His customer service was outstanding. Even including a prepaid bag for the return of the no longer needed suit. I would most definitely recommend Simon and his company.. The suits were amazing quality and value. They all looked amazing in them!! Thank you Simon for being so helpful and so efficient. You are a star!!

I'd like to say a huge thank you to Menswearr and especially Simon for all their/his help and support when buying suits for my wedding!! I bought 7 suits and Simon was most helpful with all the deliveries and ensuring that I got all the sizes I required (even when they weren't currently in stock). He phoned me to check that my suits had been delivered and to check if I was happy with them. I needed to exchange a pair of the trousers for another size, so without any questions, the new size was posted to me and arrived in only a few days, plus it had a prepaid bag included, so I could return the other trousers back free of charge. Can't recommend this company enough, great prices for amazing quality !!
